We trust you've had a splendid week so far and are eager to explore a new cafe or restaurant this weekend with your furry friend. This week, we've had our share of the unpredictable weather, finding ourselves drenched alongside Luna. Nonetheless, we're excited to delve into our recent cafe adventure, a place where neither the heat nor the rain can dampen your spirits.

Our Experience
Soulmate Coffee Exterior
We reached Soulmate Coffee around noon and were fortunate to find a parking space just 50 meters away. The area, nestled in Newtown's residential quarter and away from the main road, generally offers ample parking.

Upon arrival, we faced a 20-minute wait for a table, a testament to its popularity with locals. To pass the time, we wandered the neighbourhood, admiring numerous alleys adorned with vibrant street art and graffiti.

However, the heat soon drove us to a bench opposite the cafe, where Luna befriended two coffee-sipping customers.

After half an hour, we were warmly invited inside to a table in the air-conditioned interior. Although outdoor seating is limited, the indoor area boasts comfortable deck seating. We were delighted to escape the heat.

Chicken Sandwich
My wife selected the Chicken Sandwich, a fantastic choice. The sandwich combined a soft bun with crispy battered chicken and spicy sauce, creating a delightful contrast of textures - soft on the outside, yet crispy and tender within. Delicious!
Breaky Burrito
I opted for the Breaky Burrito, which was simply scrumptious. Accompanied by salsa sauce, the tasty fillings made every bite a joy. Luna, meanwhile, was preoccupied with greeting our neighbours and only showed interest in our meal as we were finishing. Quite amusing!
